Returns & Exchanges & Refunds

• ✓ Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• ✓ Items can be returned at the time of delivery, in the presence of the delivery person, if you are not satisfied; only the delivery charge applies.
• ✓ Items may be exchanged if the request is made within 24 hours of delivery.
• ✓ Contact us through our Mobile number & FB Page, what’s app and inform us.
• ✓ After receiving your complaint, we’ll communicate with you, and with your consent, manage the exchange on your behalf.
• ⚠ For hygiene reasons, final sale items (including underwear, Tank Top, Socks and personalized products) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
• ⚠ No return & Exchange in case of offer / Discounted product.
• ✓ Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired size or style is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
• ✓ Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after we receive and inspect your return.
• ✓ The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
